The objectIve of this project was to develop a unique and differentiated identity, message and vision, following a split with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
ILM recognises that talent can grow from anywhere and offers leadership and management training that is accessible to all. They are also the leading provider in this field.
We developed a new vision for the brand that reflected ILM’s inclusive approach to learning – Leadership without limits. We wove this into a full new brand positioning, visual identity and tone of voice.
